The basic Atleti Tour & Museum ticket costs €25 for an adult and €18 for a child aged 4 to 13, and under-4s go free. It takes about two hours, an hour in the stadium and an hour in the museum. You walk the route on your own, from the dressing room to the presidential box, but you never set foot on the grass.
I would book it on the club's own Atleti Tour & Museum site for a day with no home match, and in winter I would pick a slot that starts the stadium part by 17:00.
Information checked on 13 October 2026.
The basic ticket stops at the bench, and the grass costs extra
The stadium half follows the first team's route on a match day: the circular dressing room, the mixed zone, the tunnel, the benches and the press conference room where Simeone faces the media, then up to the presidential box. There is no ticket for the stadium alone, because the visit always includes the museum.
The museum tells the club's story with touch screens, virtual-reality headsets and games, and it has a space given over to the Vicente Calderón. The site of the Calderón itself, now a park by the river, is in my guide to a day in Madrid without a match.
From the bench you look at the pitch, and that is as close as the basic ticket gets. Standing on it means the Kick-Off experience at €75, and even the Corner Photo (€38) is taken from the corner line without stepping onto the grass. Photos and video are allowed everywhere on the route.
The general price is €25, and members and families pay less
The €25 and €18 prices are for online booking, and the ticket office charges more.
Members pay €11, or €8 for a child member, and the discount is personal, so bring your ID and membership card. Red & White international members pay €22.50 as adults. Families can use the code ATLETI FAMILIA for 20% off children's tickets, though not on top of other discounts such as the members' price. Any age discount needs an official document.
The basic visit has no guide. For commentary in English, add the audio guide when you buy: €5 online or €6 at the museum desk, in Spanish or English only. The guided tour costs €32, or €25 for a child, and the Guided Tour listing does not say which language the guide speaks.
Kick-Off and the Premium Tour are both €75. Premium takes a small group in before the stadium opens to the public and adds breakfast in Simeone's private box. On match days, Team Arrival + Match adds a match ticket, from €220 for an adult at a Category C match.
Pick a day without a home match, and in winter start the stadium part by 17:00
From mid-October to the end of March the Tour & Museum opens every day from 11:00 to 19:00, and from 11:00 to 20:00 for the rest of the year.
Last entry to the stadium tour is two hours before closing, except on match days and event days, so in winter the stadium part has to start by 17:00. Do the stadium first and the museum after, especially late in the day.
Bookings on match weekends may move with the kick-off time or first-team training, and if a visit is altered or suspended without notice, the tickets can be used on another date.
An undated notice on the club's site says an ice rink around the middle tier may affect the panoramic view from 14 December to 14 January. From the end of the league season until a week before the first home match there is no grass, and in June and July events close parts of the stadium route, though the museum stays open.
Book on the club's site first; Fever lists the same €25
The buy buttons on the Atleti Tour & Museum site lead to the club's own ticketing, and the same site lists the member and Red & White prices and the ATLETI FAMILIA code. There are no refunds. To change the date, ask at least 24 hours ahead with the tickets attached, and pay €5 a ticket at reception on the day.
If you are not using any of those discounts, Fever lists the tour and museum at the same €25 and €18. According to Fever's own announcement, it became the club's official ticketing partner in July 2026. Its booking pages come in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Book the tour and museum on Fever. Booking through the agency links in this article may earn Cholismo Lab a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
On the day, the entrance is beside the club shop and suitcases go in a locker
The entrance is on the shopping promenade on the west side of the stadium, next to the official Atlético store and Entrance A. The Metro stop is Estadio Metropolitano on line 7, and the Metropolitano transport guide covers the journey. Outside match days and events, the west car park is free.
Arrive ten minutes before your slot, and plan the visit in one go, because each ticket gets you in once. Suitcases have to go in the lockers, which keep the Tour & Museum's opening hours. Pushchairs are allowed, but the stadium route has several flights of stairs.
Visitors with reduced mobility must arrange the stadium visit in advance, by email to [email protected] or by phone on +34 91 726 04 03. If you show a disability card when buying at the museum desk, the ticket is half price.
